Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of umb4d

Welcome to umb4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and umb4d ("we", "us", "our", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the umb4d online gaming platform, including all services, games, and content provided through our website located at https://umb4d.cam. By registering an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an Account and use umb4d services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. umb4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or closure.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform. Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
To use umb4d services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are permitted to maintain only one Account per person, per household, and per IP address. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
umb4d operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and may require you to submit verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), and a selfie photograph holding your ID card. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension and Withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You agree to notify umb4d immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. umb4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
umb4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All deposits must originate from a bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. Verified Accounts enjoy higher deposit limits as outlined in your Account dashboard.
Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 5-15 minutes depending on your banking provider and network conditions. umb4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
All transactions on umb4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, subject to conversion fees charged by your banking provider.
To request a Withdrawal, you must have completed Account verification (KYC), satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and have a minimum Account balance of Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be made to Indonesian bank accounts registered in your own name matching your verified umb4d Account details.
umb4d aims to process Withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours during Indonesian banking hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB, excluding Indonesian public holidays). First-time Withdrawals and large-value Withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time up to 72 hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.
Minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily Withdrawal limits depend on your Account verification level and gaming history. Standard verified Accounts have a daily Withdrawal limit of Rp 50,000,000. Higher limits may be available for VIP members or upon request with additional verification.
umb4d does not charge fees for Withdrawals. However, your receiving bank may impose transfer fees or interbank transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. Bonus terms are clearly displayed when claiming each promotion. It is your responsibility to read and understand applicable bonus terms before accepting any Bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x to 40x the Bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports betting varies by odds. umb4d reserves the right to cancel Bonuses, void winnings, and close Accounts if we determine that a Player is abusing Bonuses through irregular betting patterns, exploiting system errors, creating multiple Accounts to claim repeated promotions, or engaging in any other form of Bonus abuse. Our decision regarding Bonus abuse is final and binding.
All Bets must be made in good faith. Use of automated betting systems, robots, bots, collusion with other Players, exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities, or any other form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
All sports Bets are accepted on the basis that the event takes place and is completed as scheduled. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, Bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific betting rules for that sport or event. umb4d reserves the right to void Bets if we suspect match-fixing, insider information abuse, or other integrity violations.
All casino games and slot machines use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested by independent auditors. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in each game's information section and represent theoretical returns over extended play periods.
All lottery draws, including togel (Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and other markets), are based on official results from authorized lottery operators in their respective jurisdictions. Draw schedules and result publication times are displayed for each market. umb4d is not responsible for delays in official result publication.
While umb4d strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any service, Game, or feature at any time without prior notice. umb4d shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from service interruptions, maintenance periods, or technical failures.
The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. umb4d disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, umb4d's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the three months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and practices. Any disputes arising from your use of umb4d services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact umb4d customer support to attempt resolution in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
umb4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Material changes will be communicated via email or notification on the Platform.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Any unclaimed balances after 90 days may be forfeited.
umb4d reserves the right to close or suspend your Account at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In case of Account closure for Terms violations, umb4d may retain any funds associated with the violation.
